Preorder status update and SMS discount

Once again, just wanted to give an update that we have a LOT of new product just around the corner (like $65,000 cost worth of stuff) and many preorders will be in these items, but there are still some stragglers we are waiting to hear back about. I don't walk folks to be upset as one recent customer was, about communication, because we have made a great many efforts to try and keep folks in the loop, but apparently the one area I forgot to update was the Shipping and other important updates banner section, which it's been a few months. So pop on over there and check out the updated info.

Also we have started our SMS text marketing program; sign up today and get a 10% discount code good any time on all items. This discount is not combinable with other offers but is handy to have for when those key items drop during a wave of restocking when a sale isn't running! Also rest assured we won't be blowing up your phone every day with ads and promos, maybe once every week or two we'll send a promo and you'll get friendly reminders from the system to check your shopping cart if you haven't finalized checkout, so you don't miss out on items you are thinking about.

SMS marketing is coming!

We will soon be offering SMS marketing opt in which will give you a 10% discount off anything for one purchase. By signing up you'll get occasional notices of promotions and sales going on (about once a week) as well as friendly reminders of items left in your cart. Since things sell out so fast here most the time, it's good to get the reminder to finish that purchase before it's bought out from under you. We will also be looking at seeing if we will be able to integrate our back in stock feature to utilize the system as well, but uncertain if that will be viable or not.

Once again offering store credit for your stuff

We are always able to offer store credit, but an oversight on the status bar had all purchasing of your offer requests suspended, We are still unable to offer cash at this time as we have about $67,000 worth of product in the queue we are trying to scrape funding together in order to purchase over time, so it will be some time until we can offer cash, even for smaller lots sadly. Until then we are always willing to make store credit offers and generally offer more than we would if offering cash anyways, so it's a win-win.

UPDATES

Our buy one get one half off promo on faceplates ends tonight at midnight (pacific time) so make sure to get your orders in before then.

We are going to be trying to run more back to back promotions and incentives in between our big restock pushes so follow us on Instagram, twitter, or Facebook for notification of when these new promotions start, or check back here where all highlighted promos and featured products will be showcased at the top of the page.

As some folks may have seen from Instagram, we have had to scale back our operation slightly and Dan will no longer be working on orders for us. Instead I (Travis) will be taking back over on order fulfillment once again. Dan will still however be working a little with us on the social media side of things trying to grow the YouTube community, so please reach out if you have any ideas on content you'd be interested in seeing as we try and grow our social media presence more.

The wishlist system is still WIP and is being shifted back to a page format but until the developers can finish reworking it (in a week or two), any sub lists you may have had will remain inaccessible. We hope that once they finish their updates the wishlist page will offer multiple collection options or at least merge in users' other lists, and hopefully will provide some level of filtering.

Also note that the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page is now functional again and you can add items to cart, enter your location and get estimated shipping rates.

And lastly, I've added a new batch of pre-listing notification entries so people can sign up for notification when new items are split for the first time. Also as always, you can sign up for notification on any out of stock listing in order to get an email from the system when we restock that item next.

Wishlist updates pending

So we are migrating the wishlist system back to a page layout from the pop out tray style that was force updated to when we updated our site to Shopify's new API a while back. The developer is working on some fixes to incorporate either additional lists or merging of lists to the main page and filter system integration and/or in stock filtering. This process will take them a few weeks, so please bear with until they are able to address these needed fixes. Thanks for your patience.

Listing Error for 1860 -Nekomata Okayu Complete in Box

We are terribly sorry but there was a listing mistake for 1860 -Nekomata Okayu Complete in Box and it was posted at only $7. This was supposed to be a draft until we edited the price and weight and other elements but was accidentally set active. Normally we would still honor slight mistakes like this but because of the extreme cost difference in this case and the fact we are a small business who cannot afford this level of loss on a mistake like this, we've refunded those items and canceled the orders, and customers who made a purchase of these items should see it posted in the next day or so. If you had remaining items on the order and wish to cancel or replace the item with something else please feel free to contact us and we can update or cancel your order. Sorry for the mixup.

Wish List Overhaul

We are in the process of revising the Wish List page layout. After many emails of concern I've been reaching out to the wish list integrated app developer to change the system back to the original v1 format and they are in the process of doing so. I'm further trying to see if they can integrate a standard collection page with their code to show the wishlist and utilize the filter system so that people can adjust by stock and tags, but I'm unsure as of yet if this is going to be possible.
