"Cannot ship to this address" errors
If you are placing orders late at night and getting a "we cannot ship to this address" error, please try and submit your order again a little later. The issue is that the USPS rate calculation servers go down for a reset between 10pm and midnight most nights and for some reason our backup flat rate is not getting applied by our shipping handler software like it used to. We're currently looking into the issue and hope to have it resolved shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience.Happy New Year!

Due to a huge back log in new products having come in this month, we are putting a hold on any offer requests submitted from December 23rd through Jan 1st. I've been long working on getting all of our instruction booklets scanned in and built into a database so that all customers will be able to access booklets for as many Nendoroids as possible to either print for personal use or reference as needed to identify missing or broken parts or even just to check how parts are intended to go together. Thanks to our Patreon supporters for helping to get this project off the ground!
Preorder final stretch!
We are working our butts off to try and track down sealed copies of preorder items that are needed to fulfill the remaining customer preorders that we have outstanding. As many of you have seen this week and last, we have filled a great many preorders and are down to just a handful now and we hope to get all remaining preorder items in time for Christmas! I want to thank everyone who remained patient with us (and with out distributor more importantly) as we weathered this insane delay together. Between the pandemic, recession and industry down turn over the last few years it's been very hard for most retailers to get their items in a timely manner, and your understanding has been greatly appreciated. Hopefully we'll be able to start the year fresh without this cloud hovering over our heads.Black Friday right around the corner!

I just wanted to take a moment and thank all of our customers for the amazing show of support over the weekend with sharing our plight on various communities and making purchases during our awesome sale. This was hands down the biggest turnout for a sale we have ever had and it's had us scrambling to keep up all weekend! (which is a good thing!). You really helped us out of a bind with your purchases and it's given us some more fuel to get through the next weeks and make some more purchases, so keep an eye out for a wave of restocks in the next couple weeks.Friday the 13th sale, and troubled times
