Info on Custom Hair Requests
We've already gotten a pretty significant number of requests for specific hairs and I wanted to take a moment to clarify a few things.
Firstly we work with a few model designers and purchase the use of their models. If we get multiple requests for a specific character hair we can always commission them to be created and start offering them. Outside of this we simply will be adding whatever they create as they create them. Requests will simply be noted and any repeat requests will be considered for commissioning.
Secondly, we have gotten several requests for prints of official hairs which we WILL NOT be doing. Our primary objective has always been to focus on authentic parts and prevent the distribution of bootlegged products and while custom hairs is a fine line distinction, we do aim to focus on making custom hairs for characters that don't have a Nendoroid or in some cases offer a variant hair that may not be made but is appropriate for the character.
Lastly we do want to make sure that the expectations of the quality of the product is understood. These are crafted items in every sense of the word and are not factory produced. They require us to do some cleanup and the item will never be "retail quality" and will have some variation from print to print. These are intended for custom makers to finish as they see fit and may require some touch ups and modification to get them to where you want them.
Empty Box Request Service Ending
Effective this week we have discontinued the empty box request page due to lack of response from customers we attempt to reach out to in response to their form requests. Since we are adding additional customization services we need to strip out this less performing option from our services.
Sell Your Stuff Offers Update
We are continuing to work through the queue of offer requests that have been submitted over the last 2 months. We have just sent out some offers for submissions around the first week of December and will be continuing to send out more offers once we build up enough funds to once again make more offers. Rather than closing the submission page, we simply will be continuing down the queue as we are able to. I'd like to remind people not to reply to your submission receipt email to follow up if we don't respond because that will reset your contact to the end of the queue. If you wish to reach out directly in a separate email or using the contact form, that's totally fine and will preserve your request's place in line.
Delay in shipping
Due to a back injury I'm going to be down and out for a couple days so orders placed from Tuesday before thanksgiving onwards will be delayed this week until I can manage to stand and work. Sorry for the delay.
Custom Nendos section up!
We just got our custom section up and will be adding more customs over time as we look for artists who would like to sell through our upcoming consignment program.
We currently have our own intro character of Howl from Howl';s moving castle and he just had his first price drop to $190. Keep an eye out until it drops to its base price or someone snatches him up!
Slight delay in shipping

Customization Center has begun
Our new customization center is just getting started! We need folks to help out and share your customs, techniques and skills with the community. We are looking to provide a variety of guides on Nendoroid customization from the perspective of a variety of community members. We've started with the basic tool lineup video and will be adding some more of our own, but we need your help! We need written guides with photos, step by step pics of customs in process of being made, or videos detailing a particular technique or instruction on the use of certain tools or materials. You can pick from the list below or suggest some of your own. Just reach out via email, on social media, or come chat on Discord (links at the bottom of the main page and to the side bar):

Social Media Changes
We have just ended our Twitter (aka X) account and have started a new TikTok account. My intention is to soon be producing a lot more content at the start of each month and scheduling content releases throughout the month to promote new items, update about changes and additions to the Chop Shop programs and to start sharing more info and resources regarding customization, part compatibility, and Nendoroids in general.
