We are terribly sorry but there was a listing mistake for 1860 -Nekomata Okayu Complete in Box and it was posted at only $7. This was supposed to be a draft until we edited the price and weight and other elements but was accidentally set active. Normally we would still honor slight mistakes like this but because of the extreme cost difference in this case and the fact we are a small business who cannot afford this level of loss on a mistake like this, we've refunded those items and canceled the orders, and customers who made a purchase of these items should see it posted in the next day or so. If you had remaining items on the order and wish to cancel or replace the item with something else please feel free to contact us and we can update or cancel your order. Sorry for the mixup.

Wish List Overhaul

We are in the process of revising the Wish List page layout. After many emails of concern I've been reaching out to the wish list integrated app developer to change the system back to the original v1 format and they are in the process of doing so. I'm further trying to see if they can integrate a standard collection page with their code to show the wishlist and utilize the filter system so that people can adjust by stock and tags, but I'm unsure as of yet if this is going to be possible.

Screwed over by the distributor AGAIN!

So we just received part of the order we have been waiting on since March 8th and it's missing about half of the order. We just got emailed by accounting to let us know that those missing items are being zeroed out and credited to our account, meaning we are not going to be receiving any of these items from the distributor due to their negligence yet again. The following items we will be looking at our other sources to get quantities to fill preorders that have already been placed and will reach out to any customers if we become unable to fulfill any preorder item and make arrangements for a credit or refund at that point. The following items are affected:

Additionally, effective as of this last week, we are no longer pre-ordering new product from the distributor. We are still obligated to buy from these con artists until our previous preorders are bought and paid for, but once that runs out, we will no longer be getting product from them. We have a number of secondary distributor source we will be leaning more heavily on and several swift fulfillment options for select products and will be returning to more heavy collection purchasing once again, and with these secondary market sources we'll be able to continue doing business and in all likelihood, will have an even better assortment of previously released product without all the excess on hand late new stock that sits for a year with little sell through. We are trying to get out from under the obligation to continue buying items from the distributor, but in all likelihood, we'll still be obligated to deal with them for the next 8 to 12 months.

Covid has finally hit the household!

So we all got hit with a case of covid this week and so it may take us a day or two longer than normal to get orders out to you, so if you see your order sitting unfilled or unshipped for a slightly longer period than usual, that would be why. Rest assured we will get around to them as quickly as we are able in between naps :D

New Filter System Update

Filter system update day 2; system is up and almost fully operational. All filter groups are accessible in all product categories and will show if there are any products in that category using the contained product tags. Selections within the same tag group will show items containing any of the selected tags, while selecting more than one tag between different tag groups will narrow your search to items containing both tags. We are still refining and migrating over old tags to match the new system so bear with us. Do note that the search feature also has the filter system integrated into it to make searching much easier as well.

New search and filters

I just started the process of converting to a new filter and search result system so bear with us as we try and clean up the absurd number of old tags and get things more cleanly grouped. So please until another announcement is posted about the completion, do not contact us to let us know that the search and filter sections are not working as expected. They are going to look a little wonky until I find a fit that works.

The Nendoroid more section had some tagging issues and not all products were showing there previously, so I've taken a broad stroke sweep and updated the tags so they are listing properly.
