Screwed over by the distributor AGAIN!

So we just received part of the order we have been waiting on since March 8th and it's missing about half of the order. We just got emailed by accounting to let us know that those missing items are being zeroed out and credited to our account, meaning we are not going to be receiving any of these items from the distributor due to their negligence yet again. The following items we will be looking at our other sources to get quantities to fill preorders that have already been placed and will reach out to any customers if we become unable to fulfill any preorder item and make arrangements for a credit or refund at that point. The following items are affected:

Caster Merlin Prototype

Hana Shirosaki

Xiao Ling

Sango

Futaba Igarashi

Geralt: Ronin version

Eren Yeager 3rd run

Armin Arlert 3rd run

Additionally, effective as of this last week, we are no longer pre-ordering new product from the distributor. We are still obligated to buy from these con artists until our previous preorders are bought and paid for, but once that runs out, we will no longer be getting product from them. We have a number of secondary distributor source we will be leaning more heavily on and several swift fulfillment options for select products and will be returning to more heavy collection purchasing once again, and with these secondary market sources we'll be able to continue doing business and in all likelihood, will have an even better assortment of previously released product without all the excess on hand late new stock that sits for a year with little sell through. We are trying to get out from under the obligation to continue buying items from the distributor, but in all likelihood, we'll still be obligated to deal with them for the next 8 to 12 months.
