Flandre Scarlet from the Touhou Project 

This is NOT the Nendoroid version of the scepter, but from a different suthebtic, Japanese figure line called 'Mame Shiki'.  It is shorter and slightly thicker than the one by Good Smile.  We carry both versions of the wings here at the Chbi Chop Shop so you can select whichever you prefer.
