This was a Nendoroid Petite that was originally only available with a Cake at FamilyMart stores. Then it was rereleased with cookies as an exclusive to the Good Smile x Karaoke no Tetsujin Café and the GOOD SMILE ONLINE SHOP.

The only difference we are aware of between the two releases was the box as far as we know. This is the cookie version.
