The 'standard' 13 hole base has a few variations.  This one is a little bit heavier in weight and slightly taller.  You can see a comparison shot of it to the normal one in the second picture.  I don't know if a certain Nendoroid manufacturer makes this style or if it's totally random as a few Nendoroids have them, but most don't.  If you're interested in something a little bit more weighty and slightly taller this is the base for you.

This is ONLY the base.
