This was a combination pack with Izumi Konata cosplaying as Saber.  Their hair and faceplates are interchangeable with one another.  This combo pack was available at Winter Wonderfest 2008

Note: This is an early Nendoroid and the hair is not compatible with most Nendoroids without modification
