Note: the way in which the hands on the upper arm are attached creates a bit of a gap in the arm when they are removed, but they were meant to be completely removable- right on the Nendoroid box there is a photo of Tomura without any of the arm accessories so it's just a design flaw.  If you aren't going to be using him with the hand effect pieces you could customize the peg by making it shorter so that the two halves of the arm fit snugly against one another.
