This was an exclusive that came with the purchase of the game Dengeki Gakuen RPG Cross of Venus for the Nintendo DS.  The game featured a number of different anime/manga girls from different intellectual properties.  This petite was part of a set of four figures that featured Taiga from Toradora!, Kino of Kino's Journey, Index from the Certain Magical Index and the Scientific Railgun series, and Shana of Shakugan no Shana.  The release date was February 2009.
