Note: Riddle's first two faceplates are skin-3b, but 1478-3 represents his angry, red-in-the-face look and came with it's own faceplate/neck joint to make the unique skin tone which is very similar to skin-4b.  These are the faceplate/neck joint and a spare neckjoint that came with that faceplate.
