This hat was designed for obitsu bodies like Obitsu brand bodies or Cu-poche or Nendoroid Doll bodies.  They were not produced by Good Smile Company.

NOTE: Nendoroids for display only and not included.

Fit will, of course, depend upon hair style.  Fushiguro's spiky sea urchin hair doesn't work well with a hat LOL.
