All preorders placed will submitted to our distributor on the pre-order deadline date and cannot be changed. Any cancellation request will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Multiple cancellation occurrences may result in loss of pre-ordering privileges. Once pre-ordered products arrive, they will be shipped or stored in your cache depending on which delivery method you selected at the time of the pre-order.

Items available for preorder will remain available to preorder as long as we have inventory ordered to cover it, or can add to our orders. Once all inventory we have ordered to split whole are accounted for and we are unable to add additional to our order, we will disable the item's ability to be preordered.
