This was a Nendoroid Petite that was originally only available with a Cake at FamilyMart stores. Then it was rereleased with cookies as an exclusive to the Good Smile x Karaoke no Tetsujin Café and the GOOD SMILE ONLINE SHOP.

The only difference we are aware of between the two releases was the box as far as we know.
