Hold Order Cleanup Reminder

Please remember that if you do not have an active hold order membership as of October 7th, and you still have items on hold, you will need to either submit a ship request order to have your items shipped, purchase a membership, or contact us to make arrangements to give you store credit for the value of your items (less the 10% restocking fee), or you will lose the items in your cache with no refunds or store credit issued. IF YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP, you don't need to do anything and your cache will be continued; this concern is just for old caches that don't have active memberships and no recent activity.
